DESCRIPTION:Opening Reception with the Artists: Friday\, January 10\, 2020\, 6 – 8 p.m. \nThe five ceramic artists featured in this show grew up in Chandler\, all graduating from Chandler High School. They came to ceramics at different stages of their lives: Al Pace received his MFA at Arizona State University then taught ceramics for most of his professional life at Chandler High School. Clay Martinez\, Darrell Thomas Menlove\, and Tom Budzak were students of Mr. Pace’s early on\, and Kathleen Escobedo began her journey in ceramics just before her retirement.
