Yet, the food is still plagued with misconception and discrimination. Through an artistic lens, this exhibition will attempt to dispel some of the fallacies surrounding Asian ingredients, celebrate its cultural significance, and discuss food as legacy. Participating artists: Sapira Cheuk, Katherine Del Rosario, Jo Ho, Shachi Kale, Yashoada Latkar, Jisun Myung, Anh-Thuy Nguyen, Safwat Saleem, May Ling Tang, Eamon Win, Shela Yu and Olivia Yuen.
