Chloe Torri's (@chloetorriart ) work in "So Fun!" is an emoji explosion! 😍😜😘😳😉😂🤑

✨ Through plush pillows, beautifully embroidered textiles, and sparkly sequins, Chloe explores the impact social media has on how we express ourselves. Through the lens of Millennial Americana and the dotcom boom, Chloe's whimsical interactive sculptures appear as a child-like dream, dissecting how the universal language of emojis allows for intimate expressions of self across all platforms 📱

Sarah Hurwitz's (@chocowitz ) artwork is bursting with bright patterns and gameplay iconography 🤩 Taking inspiration from her children, Sarah's work in "So Fun!" uses traditional crafting materials to explore learning good sportsmanship, practicing empathy, and dissects what we see as valuable in a digital age 🤳

🎨 Have you ever used Perler beads while doing a craft at home? Yknow, those colorful beads you arrange into an image and iron together? These fun craft beads are used throughout Sarah's work!

⛄ Are you looking for a festive activity to get you in the holiday spirit? Look no further!

📅 Join us Saturday, November 15th for our needle-felted ornament Art Social! Let your imagination go wild as you explore the wonderful world of wool by creating your own felted ornament.

❄️ You will learn the basics of 3D needle felting, working with various shapes to create hanging pieces of art. You can choose to create any form you want, including gnomes, mushrooms, cacti, traditional holiday shapes, as well as a variety of animals and birds. Led by Memory Bradley.

🎄 This casual 3 hour class doesn't require any prior knowledge or skill, and all materials are included in the $35 class fee. This class is for adults 18 and older.

🕷 Stop by Vision Gallery to make a creepy crawly spider web just in time for spooky season! Use an embroidery hoop, yarn, pom poms, and googly eyes! Everything you need to spin a boo-tiful spider web!

🎃 This is a free, self-led activity for all ages. Children are welcome to participate with assistance from an adult. Registering for a time slot helps us plan, but drop-ins are welcome!
