Big time. Well, for months downtown Chandler was tore up with a lot of construction, all the valleys of construction. Doesn’t feel like sometimes just, but one project is about to wrap up. So Bruce is up in the Lions Roofing news job for, to show us the progress. Bruce? Hey, good morning. And, and Chandler has a great new outlet for artists.

Check this out. We just flew over downtown Chandler, uh, right near the, uh, Arizona. New and Chandler Boulevard. A cool new parking lot because artists have been part of putting things, artwork down there and usually parking garages aren’t associated with art, but they’ve done a pretty cool job down there, really colorful.

They’ve got, uh, artwork with function. Look at these things. I think those are the sun slides that they sent us information about. Really colorful. They’ve got louvers in there that change when the sun changes. You can look through ’em and stuff. So those are pretty cool. And then they’ve got, uh, uh, LEDs on the side of some of the mesh that’s on, uh, covering some of the, that orange and, uh, gray mesh there.

Really cool. Uh, LED stuff will be going on at night and. The mesh going down that, uh, stairwell there and then down below it, check this out, geometric benches, which is for people of different sizes and they even thought of that. So that’s pretty cool. And uh, if you’ve ever seen those, um, LEDs on the side of parking garages, they have one right next to our hangar up here in the Scottsdale Park.

It is. Beautiful Gina, the things they can do with LEDs now. It is so cool and I’m a total light guy and so I dig that kind of stuff, all that kind of electronic equipment. So anyway, I will tell you though, Gina, that um, seems like you and I will have, uh, job security because they are building parking garages and apartment complexes everywhere we fly in the valley right now, and it’s been crazy.

So, uh, I think there’s gonna be, uh, a lot more traffic out on the streets, right. Wow. We’re definitely seeing it, that’s for sure. And the, the LED lights you’re talking about, is that what we see on that talking stick resort on, you know, at night when we drive on the 1 0 1? Is that what you’re talking about?

That kind of display? Right. Okay, cool. Exactly, exactly. And then the parking garage in the Scottsdale Park at the Scottsdale quarter. It is amazing and sometimes we show up for beauty shots in the morning we take off. So, uh, next time, uh, it’s dark enough and they’ve got it on, we’ll show it to you again.
